The Country Butler

Ordered a Rigid belt sander. It was shipped the day CountryButler got the order. It got to the local FedEx warehouse on time. When the owner of TheCountryButler learned that the local FedEx warehouse hadn't delivered the sander for three days he called me direct and offered to have his customer rep at FedEx put pressure on the local warehouse to get the sander delivered. Good to know there are a few merchants who've got you back.

I ordered a product from the *** online Market place that works in conjunction with the The Country ButlerThe original product that I ordered was a Ryobi Pand the product that I received was a Ryobi PWhen the order was placed I took a picture of what I was ordering in case that there are any issues with the orderWhen I receive the incorrect product I contact *** in order to return it since that is not the product that I ordered*** tells me that I will be receiving the return label within two to three days and they did not follow throughAfter multiple calls with *** they keep telling me that they are doing everything that they can in order to obtain the return shipping labelThe last email that I receive from them states that I will not be getting a return shipping label and that I must cover the expense to ship it to The Country Butler's warehouseI have full documentation of all the emails and chats that I have received from ***

I ordered drill bits from this companyThey were delivered on time and well packaged and at a reasonable price
