I made a purchase in April and was promised a 10% rebate I did not receive the rebate so I called the company The rebate was then mailed to my home (approximately $10.00) The company claims by accepting that rebate I was then enrolled in a "VIP Club" which they claim allowed them to begin charging my credit card $per month I just noticed the charge this month I have called and asked to be removed from the "Club." They have refused to refund my money
