I made a purchase in April 2017 and was promised a 10% rebate. I did not receive the rebate so I called the company. The rebate was then mailed to my home (approximately $10.00) The company claims by accepting that rebate I was then enrolled in a "VIP Club" which they claim allowed them to begin charging my credit card $14.95 per month. I just noticed the charge this month. I have called and asked to be removed from the "Club." They have refused to refund my money.
