Review: I ordered an outfit from this website for my daughter's first birthdayThe outfit was supposed to come with a shirt, tutu, and headbandWhen it was delivered, there was no headband, and the shirt was two sizes bigger than the one I ordered and the tag with the size was cut outI contacted the owner, [redacted], multiple timesI keep being told that she's going to mail it out, but nothing is ever mailed outThis has been going on for weeks now, and I have asked for a refundShe asked me to let her make it rightI've been patient, but I'm fed up with constantly asking her when I'm going to get the replacement outfit and not getting a response or being lied toThe outfit cost $for an outfit that is only going to be worn one day, so for that amount of money, she should be making good on her products!Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement because I like the outfit, but if [redacted] is unable to follow through with what she keeps promising to send (as she has for weeks now), I want a refund

On Friday, 2/3/an order was received by [redacted] and processed on Monday 2/6/It was a custom made item and was shipped out to her on Tuesday, February 18, by PRIORITY Mail ([redacted])On 1/she sent an email stating that she was sent the wrong size shirt and that it was much to large and missing her hairbowI asked her to provide measurements of the shirt, and upon verifying the measurements she was sent the correct sizeAs a courtesy I offered to remake the shirt at no cost in a smaller size and I would send the bow with the shirtShe had also told me she wanted to purchase a pair of stockings and leg warmersI set up a listing on our website for her to purchase and said I would ship them all togetherI remade the shirt and had everything ready to go upon her purchasing the two new itemsOn 2/she sent an email asking where her shirt was and that she did not want to spend any additional money as per her husband until she had her new shirtI told her I would send it out on Monday which I did along with her hairbow (www.usps.com 2/10/9[redacted]) and shows it was delivered to her the same day she opened the complaintIt really is not fair she got an extra shirt for free, even though she ordered the wrong size...and is still opening a complaint against usThe second shirt would have come sooner if she would have told us to send separately from the stockings and legwarmersI also did not charge her to reship so she received a $shirt plus $for shipping for free when we sent her exactly what she ordered the first time around

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not order the wrong size shirt, as the business claimsMy daughter wears a size 18-months, and that is what I orderedWhen I contacted the business, I told them that I was unable to verify the size of the shirt because it was cut out by the business! [redacted] asked for the measurements, which I sent, along with a picture of one of my daughter's shirts on top of the shirt that she sent, clearly showing that it was double the sizeI NEVER heard anything back from the company saying that I got the correct sizeAll I was told was that "maybe our sizing is off," but nothing was ever confirmed until she told the Revdex.com that it was the right size, which I find hard to believe
Also, she claims that I opened the complaint to the Revdex.com on 2/7, but she is again falseI opened it on 2/because I was tired of being told for weeks that she was going to resend a shirt the next dayOnly a week before did she mention something about the legwarmers, and this was well after when she had already told me that she was going to ship out the missing item (bow) and new shirtYes, my husband said that I could not order any new items because we had been waiting for weeks for her to resend a shirt that was the wrong size AND the bow that was part of the outfit that was NEVER shipped in the first place
While I do reject her response, I have received the new shirt and the bow, so I am satisfied that the situation has been resolved
