The Cove Apartments

Where should I start on this one...first off, there's absolutely no parking! You do get covered parking when you move in, but if you have family visiting from California, you better hope they get there before or PM because they're going to have a hell of a time finding parkingSecond, they have a big problem with scorpions (then again, it is Arizona, who doesn't)The thing that bothers me about that is they say they have a guy come out and spray the place often, but I have yet to see anyone since we moved in from San DiegoWe have been here since April 6, Thridly, their appliances suck butt! Our microwave and dish washer has broken down I don't know how many times since we moved inWe would call it in and all the guy ever does it open them, look inside, do minor maitenance and say it's okay it doesn't need to be replacedIf they consistently are breaking, they NEED to be replacedCheapstakesOh and the maintnance guys who work here, hardly speak any English, so it's hard to communicate with themFourth, it's kind of obvious, but we didn't know any better moving from California, it is ghetto hereSo there's a helicopter flying over the complex all the time, and some gun shooting (so be prepared and load up)Fifth, the customer service and management is the worst I've ever come acrossThey NEVER answer their phones, so you have to go to the front yourself if you want something doneSixth, I have had a complaint about my upstairs neighbors for well over a month and all they say they do is that they "talk to them" and they take notes in front of you, but who really knows if anything is really being done because I'm still having problems with them and I've talked to them many times and the neighbor just gets defensive and rude even if I'm nice and polite to herSo with that, the complex has horrible managementI highly recommend NOT to move here! People are always moving in and within a month or two they're outAlso, when I made a complaint about my upstairs neighbors making too much unnecessary noise, they don't do anything about itThey don't even careInstead, they turn it around and put the blame on you and don't have a care in the world of what you have to say and don't bother trying to listen to youThey do everything possible for the other person's end and take THEIR side and NOT YOURS
