In regards to [redacted], she is a resident we would like to make happy as we wish for that in all of our residents. In the statement she made in regards to pest control, we have routine pest control and we treat one building every Tuesday. On average each building is treated once every 3 months,...

unless the resident requests to be treated extra for an issue. I myself and previous property managers have walked Ms. [redacted]'s apartment have not seen any activity. She maintains excellent house keeping. The property did provide plastic totes for her opened item (chips, crackers, ect...) as a preventative pest control action. In regards to her tub having cracks and falling through the floor, tubs after normal wear and tear tend to peel or crack. It is not an issue of falling through the floor, it is only a surface issue and has been repaired. Ms. [redacted]'s statement of promised black appliances was not a guarantee it was an option on availability. In regards to the statement of Ms. [redacted]'s rent going up every month on average $2.00 is also a misunderstanding. The rent does not change, however, the water, trash, and sewer which is included in their monthly rental statement and not in their rent amount will change month to month. Ms. [redacted] has come into my office on multiple times and appears satisfied with her apartment and the results of the work that has been completed.
