I bought a test to take online and the test never appeared. I have been calling for two weeks, sent emails, and no response. I want a refund of $35.I bought a test on March 21st. The test never appeared on my account and I have not been able to contact the company or get a response via email. I want a refund of $35.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $35 to take the test and get credit else where.

I purchased a package to allow me unlimited downloads for CPE Credits for one year. I ordered 4 classes and received 2 but still haven't received the other 2. I have spoken with customer service one time and they assured me they would send the other two right out. I didn't receive anything so I followed up with two emails and then tried to call again, I had to leave a voice mail each time I called because no one would answer the phone. They assured me in the voice mail they would get right back with me and this was over two weeks ago. As of today, I still haven't heard anything from them. Also, there I left a negative review as and there was another one on the site as well. I checked today and both of those have been removed. I paid for a test to get CPE credit and submitted the test, but have not received a cpe certificate and can get no response from the company. I placed purchase order [redacted] and paid for a test to obtain CPE credit toward my CPA accreditation. The test was not posted online, so I contacted the company and they sent me an excel version. I took the test and submitted it as instructed, but received no response. I've tried to contact the company on multiple occasions, leaving five voice mails, 4 e-mails and made multiple attempts through the "contact us" screen on the web page, with no response. Desired SettlementI would like a phone call in response and simply wish for my test to be graded and the CPE credit I paid for to be awarded.

Have had a 1 year subscription with company since april 2015 for all class access. Only one course delivered. Mutiple follow ups phone/email.This company is supposedly to allow me to download all their CPE accounting courses for a annual 137.00 subscription fee. I made multiple requests for classes in Jan and Feb 2016. I only received one. I have sent multiple e-mails and left multiple messages via their voicemail. No one at this company has made any kind of response. I would like my 137.00 subscription fee refunded. I am on SS disability so it would be very hard right now to make this up from with another website.Desired SettlementMy whole 137.00 subscription fee refunded back to me which ends April 15, 2016.

Signed up for CPE courses and material not delivered. No response on email and voice messages from the firm.Signed up last June for annual subscription for CPE and used several courses in the past year with no issues or problem. However I signed up for another three courses and two courses has purchase order numbers and the third does not have anything. All are in pending status, meaning, these cannot be completed because the material is not delivered.I have called several times and left voice message and has also sent an email to follow up on delivering the material.
