Review: I made a mistake and ordered some paper through [redacted] from the Craft Shop, not noticing the $115 shipping charge. When I contacted them to request a refund of the overcharged shipping, they said they knew about the glitch, but that they would only refund $17. So they justified shipping 25 sheets of paper for $100 and blamed me for missing the shipping charge.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the shipping charges above what the item actually cost to ship.
