Buyer never returned the itemsPlease find attached, 1- original order with date, order was placed on Dec 2nd 2- Original PayPal Payment 3- Original tracking [*** ] with delivery confirmation; Note the buyer
received the order on Dec 9th 2016; not the 11th as she is stating here 4- PayPal Dispute with all the comments opened on Dec 29th ; note that this buyer originally claimed that we, The Crafts Outlet, received back her return on Dec 17th without submitting any tracking that supported her claimWe asked her to submit the tracking number to confirm the delivery of the 17th on the PayPal Dispute and she never 5- PayPal Dispute closure, buyer never responded to us or to PayPal after multiple requests therefore PayPal closed the dispute on January 18th in our favor6- Bogus tracking number [***] submitted by the buyer today, the 13th of Feb trying to show delivery days from order date and 67-days from delivery to an “Individual” at a Zip code Our address is at a PO BOX 2574, Champlain NY ZIP CODE 12919-We did not receive this packageThe Buyer return tracking number is insufficient without tracking events and to the wrong zip code. Also note that the buyer neglected to place our complete address even though it is available in the multiple emails and on our websiteThe Fake tracking number does not show that it originated from the buyer’s address nor the buyer area zip code nor does it confirm the delivery to usNot sure where she got it from, or what is she trying to prove with it, but this is not for Priority mailIt is random, showing delivery to an INDIVIDUAL at Champlain Even if we give the buyer the benefit of the double and assume that the tracking is valid, this fake tracking number is pointless days from order date and 67-days from original delivery dateOur return policy clearly states we only accept returns for up to calendar days from delivery date! It has been days, this is ridiculous! Please close this case immediately, this dispute was already handled by PayPal and the buyer fail to present her tracking then, and the dispute was already closed in our favor! Buyer has been threatening, aggressive and disruptive, her information is unreliable incredible and fake! We will not be responding to any other messages on this case!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ASSUMING I can actually get in contact with the company and have the store credit they applied to my account of $(not $like they reported- please see the attached screen shot for reference of the actual amount shown) refunded directly to me as I had asked them to do in my original message I sent to them, which I have also attached a screen shot of with this correspondence for your review as proof I never requested a replacement order thus should have never been issued a store creditI have sent yet another message to this company with a different email address (also shown on the screen shot with my original message) and contact phone number in hopes I can get a response to close this matter, as I still do not see a response from this company to my original message as they indicated I will continue to try to get in contact with this vendor for a refund and should I have any issues getting a response I will reach to other avenues to try to get a resolve to this dispute as I have recently done

is 19.98- 0% restocking fee as you requested a replacment = $19.98 store credit as requested   If you would like a refund the restocking fee is 15% and your refund to your card will be $16.98   We only have one email from you on July 18th which we responded to on the website   If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me   Thanks, Julie

I Have supplied all fact probing a valid return.  I have had enough with the unprofessionalism shown by this merchant and immaturity of name calling.  I will also be taking this other governing bodies as this is now fraud.  On Feb. 18 the merchant sent me an email treating me to withdraw my Revdex.com complaint before responding to the Revdex.com.  The threat was to call my local police dept.  I am happy to send this copy.I expect my refund this week or I will look into taking legal action.  I will not be insulted or allow this merchant to steal my money.  PayPal is governed under Texas law and with this fraud case I have contacted their state for them to reopen my case.  The USPS will aldo take note of this merchants claim that they held the package.  Which is a lie as the scan from the post ofgice shows.  TThank You[redacted]  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
