I am rejecting this response because:There is still no offer of resolve. The business is now making up lies to distract from the fact that they sold me a 2014 bike as a 2016. I only ever left one [redacted] review. I also never threatened this business. I only expressed my experience. This business seems to be attempting to justify why they lied and over charged for their product. If I knew this was a 2014 model, I would accept it and move on. The problem is that I was sold a 2016 bike, and after doing some research I found that it was a 2014. I don't know if this is false advertising but it is definitely bad ethics. Businesses should be held to higher standards. When I go to a place of business I expect honesty and accurate information. After the lies and deception this business still refuses to take accountability and address the issue.

Prior to his purchases he visited The Crank to purchase a bike. He was originally interested in purchasing a lower priced bike though he did not care for the quality, components & looks of the lower priced bikes. He also liked many of the much higher priced bikes, though he admitted they were way out of his price range. After educating him & showing him the 2014, 15 & 16 year books, as well as the bikes in stock; he demoed several bikes while having his heart set on the bike he ultimately chose the following week later. We spent several days with him each time ranging from 1 to 2 hours per each of his visits prior to his final purchases. He was informed, as are all our customers, that we have a no return /refund policy, of which is in writing & displayed on our counter at the register. He originally gave The Crank a 5 Star review on The Crank [redacted] page because he was so elated with his purchase, service & the performance of his new bike. After about 2 or 3 weeks he boasted about crashing the bike & showed us a video on his cell phone showing the bike & him tumbling through the air, due to his relative standing in his path taking the video, putting blame on the relative…though he knew the relative was standing there per his request… notice he blames others for his actions or lack of actions… We repaired the bike at a substantially minimal fee, instead of the normal rate for such repairs. We also spoke with [redacted], the bicycle manufacturer regarding his false calms & reviews. They stated we are not in any way in the wrong, & that it is illegal to dictate to a dealer what product should sell for. We have gone over & above what many retail shops do to educate customers & to help them make the best choices possible. On The Crank [redacted] review, we have tried to help [redacted] understand his purchase better, though he continued to be demeaning & insulting. [redacted] continues his public attacks / defamation of character against me as well as my business while compounding his lies against me while constantly changing his lies to suit him to draw more attention. Attached are some of his other reviews showing his public attacks / defamation of character. His reviews should be deleted from all public view.  We do not believe he has full understanding of his liability with regarding to such statements of pubic defamation of character.   Sean C[redacted] (The Crankman)The CRANK[redacted]Wernersville, PA 19565###-###-####Web: www.thecrankpa.comEmail...
