Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI think that it is very Ironic that the same day our complaint is submitted from the Revdex.com miraculously our things are completedAs far as the company's response goes I am willing to release all emails perfaining to complaining back in Decemeber about HAVING to purchase a print at the "viewing party" in order to go home with our USBJan knew there was a problem and thats why we had a SIT DOWN meeting face to face with her in DecemberThis is when she told us "we never force a client" to purchase, yet never appologized for the fact we felt we had to in order to get our photos on a usb in a descent amount of timeThis is when she agreed to "upgrade" our photo album for the viewing party print and both photographers leaving before the garter removal/tossIn our complaint we knew editing of photos would take additional time from our selecting, hence why we mostly complained about videographyOur complaint of photos comes from having to ask repeatedly about "missing shots" that miraculously show up after being asked aboutHow did we purchase the copyrights to our photos and yet more are still popping up after we ask? It just makes us think "what else is missing?" Furthermore there is NO misrepresentation of our complaintIf read correctly it said after we complained, we recieved an email about A videographer sneaking into A weddingNot once did we say it was oursMy point being, clearly their company had more issues than just what we have had, which I think speaks volumes of them as a business We would like to settle this and be DONE with this nightmare that has been going on with this company for almost monthsBut that will not happen without some sort of reinbursment from their endWe beleieve we are due some money backOur next step is to social media as all of our complaints are legitamate and we have the emails to proove it Regards, [redacted]

These clients have been very difficult to work with I have been holding the disc's with all their photos on them for months as they were notified Also, we have their album design completed and it is in print They have never cooperated with us to allow us to complete the terms of their photography service We have communicated with them several times and when it came time to have them select photos or approve album they dissappear for months This is why this is so long ago They have a beautiful album in print which will be sent to them and then our services are completed They have been demanding all their money back and we just feel that due to whatever they are trying to accomplish is not within reason The photos missing by a defective memory card are not even 10% of the thousands of photos shot We offered them two years ago a partial refund which they refused and that is no longer an offer They have many gorgeous photos and an album if they would just realize that you can't go back to vendors after three years looking for money

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised at this time there hands are tied as they are at the mercy of the printer The company has requested a RUSH on the album but cannot control the time frame of the printer The delays have occurred due to the size of the package which was purchased and the amount of work that has to go into the items purchased There were three cinema movies that had to be created and edited for final product, unfortunately that takes timeThe movies are completed and available for the consumer to pick up at anytime Videos have been done for approximately two weeks.We understand the consumer is unhappy due to the time it is taking but again the delays are out of our hands at this time In an effort to assist the consumer with her dissatisfaction we would like to offer her 2, x leather albums which will be duplicates of the Bride's album, which she can give to each set of parents; these albums would be valued at $

At this point in time, our video department has completed our client’s videos in full and is proceeding to the final stages of burning, printing and packaging them to discsFollowing an initial delay in production due to internal staffing changes, additional time was invested into the production of
our client’s short film and documentary videos to ensure they met our quality standards and that a superior final product was deliveredWhile we do strive to complete every client’s videos in full within 6-months, we do not guarantee a specific time frame and such time frames are not part of our contractsDue to the length of our finished productions and the fact that there are different videos delivered upon completion, the investment of additional time in production is not uncommon and will be carried out if deemed necessary by our creative teamThe products in question are still being delivered in full, and will be promptly packaged for final presentation now that the production of all videos has been finished. As far as the USB drive is concerned, we deliver it with the finished album because we do retouch the photos after they are selected and put those on the USB driveWe received an email on June with the Album photo selections and instructions to retouch out of photosThose are being worked and will take another 6-weeks because some are extensive such as creating a photo of Grandma and the bride and groom which will be a composite of several photos No uninvited guest was ever at her wedding as that e-mail was supposed to be for another person and she somehow received it by accident Any employee who violates our employee handbook rules is terminated Our contract states an estimated time for recieving product but that can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control so there is no guaranteed time for production We strive with all of our clients to put out the best product in the most reasonable time, but again this is related to the timing of the client selection of pictures for the album She will receive all her product very shortly but on her album a great deal of retouching is being done and we would like her to please afford us the time to create a family heirloom We never force any client to purchase anything Purchases are made only if a client desires a product and they would pay the required fee We are very sorry that this client has misrepresented the facts of this post production work which will definitely repesent the quality and masterpeices that our company produces

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We have already been "smoothed" over once with more product with bigger pages and 25 more edited photos after they "misunderstood" the itenerary for our wedding day. We do not want more product we want  some reinbursement. In reguards to the contract being broke , theres no doubt is has been now, as we never saw proofs or filled out the paper before our album or edited photos went to print. (We are fully aware when we submitted our photos to be edited and are not complianing about that time.) Our complaint pertaining to photos is certian photos appear after we ask for them that werent on our Usb with copyrights to our photos.We know our videos are complete and have made plans with their own video editor to pick them up after he is back from vacation as we will also be getting all the raw, unedited film and are on vacation ourselves.

Our customer service has been phenomenal.  Our photo dept. has talked to this couple many times as they had requested a gold foil print on the cover of their album, which no one that we know of can do this. There were three companies that used to do gold foil but have since ceased gold foil...

printing.  It is an absolutely gorgeous album and to subject it to putting that on the cover, if we could find a vendor to do this, would bend the cover.  This has been explained to them and they have left the album here to have that done.  Unfortunately, this can not be done and therefore the album sits hear along with their videos.  Our 6 weeks to 6 months is clearly an estinamte and not a guarantee there fore there is no refund for time.  Circumstances such as theirs postpone time management for getting the product to them.  I know it is difficult for clients who are anxious to have to wait.  We can now delay this project again and redo the beautiful cover and print in gold using photoshop but this is the only way this can be done.  We have no mention in the contract of gold foil printing so we are trusting their word.  Gold foil can not be done on the album cover that they chose anyway as they chose a photo wrap cover which is an upgrade.  They are a lovely couple and I am surprised to see this as we have been really trying to produce what they want, but time goes on and we wish that they can see that we have produced beautiful product for them.  We could have talked this out with a phone call or they know they can stop in anytime to talk about anything.
