We have already spoken with the customer and offered resolutions for the issueWe removed the vent from our design because although generally they help with performance, on this model (*** 2013+ standard width shields) they do notThe older shields as well as the wide models for this
generation do have a vent stillWe offered to replace the customers windshield with a custom made one that has the old vent, and we also offered the customer a full money back refund (these offers may no longer apply depending on the current condition of the windshield)We are not attempting to deceive our customers in anyway, we have already changed the text on our web page to clarify the design change and we will update the pictures some time in the future when we are able

I am rejecting this response because: Calling me needlessly impatient when the business received the product back days ago without issuing me a refund is ridiculous. This just illustrates the poor customer service of this company. I hope others read this complaint before purchasing from them

I have reviewed the response and doubt they will actually update their website any time in the near future.  Instead of pursuing this further via this avenue I'm going to take it to social media.The best thing I can do is NEVER give this company another dime.  They deceived me on the item and refused to refund me for all the shipping costs.
