The Credit Experts

Review: I contacted [redacted] the owner of The Credit Experts, LLC., back on September 26, 2012 to help get my credit in order. I had some minor issues I wanted resolved. It took me months to get a response back from him, when I finally got in touch with him he requested that I send in my drivers license, social security card, and an agreed up on ONE time fee. I complied over the phone trusting him, because he came as a referral from close relatives. I kept trying to get in touch with him to see what the status of his work was, and still got no response. When I finally got back in touch he told me he had lost the copy of my drivers license, and social security card (yes that's right a copy of my license and social security card.) So again on October 3, 2013 I send him a copy of my drivers license and social security card. From that point on I could not get in touch with him, he took my money and never got back in touch with me to do what he was suppose to do. Finally a month later I get in touch with him (after hundreds of phone calls, and emails, he tells me AGAIN, he needed the copy of my drivers license, and ss card to proceed, this is now the 3rd copy I have sent him, on November 22, 2013 all the while he has been debiting my card monthly since April 2013 for $109, without my authorization . I spent weeks trying to get a hold of him, once he got into a car accident, once he was sick, he had an excuse every single time. When I finally realized he was doing it in Dec 2012 I called my bank stopped the auto debit, and called and called him, I demanded my approx. $1400.00 back and he became irate. Here it is almost February 2014, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This man never preformed a single service for me as promised but took money from me none the less. His business practices are appalling.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and I never want this to happen to another consumer again.
