Review: This used car dealer signed me up for an auto warranty. I paid through the [redacted] Auto Loan. They did not finish the paper work with AUL and so I paid them for nothing. Also, they never sent me the tags and the registration, so now I have no idea what I am going to do.Desired Settlement: I would like them to finish the paperwork to sign me up for the warranty I paid for with AUL. I would like them to finish the paperwork with the DMV to send me my car tags and registration papers. Thank you!

Review: They won't send title after 90 days of car purchase. DMV hasn't got any application from a seller for transferring registration until now as I confirmed with DMV. I am a member of the US NAVY, serving on active duty.I bought a used car from the Credit land on June 26, 2014. I paid $12000 for 2006 BMW 550 sedan from an auto loan by Navy FederalCredit Union. I have been contacting a seller whose name is [redacted] since July 2014 to request transferring title to lien holder (NFCU) andsending me registration.They said that just wait until next week then you will get it. I called every week for over 2 months it never happens yet. I believe theyhave no title or defected title. I requested money back since 90 days of temporary registration paper is expired according to the law, butthey can't do it. next I said that I will look for legal resolution if you don't cooperate with me. then they said that you can wait one or moremonths as you wish. I submitted INV 172a record of complaint form to DMV 2 weeks ago and left message with my phone number. I stillnever get phone call back yet. I am trying to visit DMV office where handles INV172a form any time soon.I just need a title for my bank(NFCU) and registration for myself so I can drive a car.If they don't have I want to return a car and get money back.Please help me. My bank will increase interest rate without a title next monthDesired Settlement: I doubt that they have a title. It may be defective. That is why they never do that last 3 months.I need a refund. The seller and I know the fact that after 90 days of purchase without providing a title I can request a money back as a buyer's right according to the law. However, a seller rejected my request which a seller violated the law. I need a money back before interest rate goes up.

we have talked to customer on several occasions inregards to his registration.we had explained in detail about the hold up sometimes we run into issues in getting the registartions done and they are out of our control. these issues are related to missing required signatures or obtaining lien satisfied from prior owners on a title, and so on...

in this issue the registartion part had been completed and mailed to customer also the lien holder had been issued a clear title. we also had paid for one year registartion on this vechile without charging the customer for it. its our way to say thanks for your patience.
