I had always been told not to work with credit repair companies, but when I heard their advertisement on my radio station, I thought I would give them a try They seemed a bit pushy to start with, which was a red flag Then they requested that I send them a copy of my credit reports I did not hear from them for some time, so I called to folland they would not give me (the customer) information about what they were doing on my behalf Then they stated that they could not release that information to me I began to wonder if they where just slackers and had not done any work Well many months later they emailed asking for my personal user name and password to a creditkarma.com account so they could analyze it Instead I sent them copies of the credit reports and let them know that I don't share user names and passwords They began to be rude and said if I refused, then they were done with my case I requested a refund, because they are refusing to do the work They said we pay for setup fees and credit repair is free I never heard any of this before Ultimately, the "supervisor" of the paralegal team hung up the phone

I will never do business with this company again for one they're very unprofessionalThey're rude & the company is a rip off that take your money

At this point we are at an impasse. No work was done.  There are no improvements in the credit score.  All the negative items on my credit report existed at the start of this process.  Please provide the proof of new items added and the dates they were added.  Keep in mind all dates must be prior to 120 days from the date of initial sign up which is December 3, 2015.
Again, I paid $600 for a credit line of $25,000. Absolutely nowhere in your documentation does it say that I will not receive the credit line or that the credit line fee of $600 is non refundable.
I am owed a refund if I am not given the credit line. Please provide the refund.
The guarantee from your document is attached. 120 days from the date of sign up I was GUARANTEED a credit line.

I wanted to share that The Credit Law Centers has helped me increase my credit score through their credit repair program. I also purchased a $500,000 Credit Line and I have received it and now in use.
