Good Afternoon, I hope you’re doing well! We have received notice that there was a complaint submitted against us for *** *** (Claim ID ***). We spoke to this client today over the phone, and we have issued her a full refund. She is satisfied with this result,
and stated she intends to close her claim. She did mention she is out of the country and doesn’t receive voicemails so if you try to reach her via phone, you may have to call her a few times. We would like to respond to this complaint submitted against the Credit People, requesting a full refund due to lack of results. The customer signed up with our service on 8/24/17. She then did send in reports with the results of our disputes on them, but cancelled her account before
allowing us to update those results so she could see her progress. Our refund policy listed on our website is one months refund so she was refunded $on 10/17/17. Therefore, the client made one payment of $as a start up fee to get her account started, provide her with login information, draft her dispute letters, and send out disputes (all of which we did accomplish during that trial period). The client then made a total of monthly payments (one of which was refunded so now she only made two monthly payments). Based on the reports that she forwarded over to us, she did have negative accounts that were deleted from her Experian report based on our disputes. That does significantly help to clear her credit report from those negative marks, and it also helps to increase her credit scores. The average credit repair is approximately a 6-month process, so unfortunately, the client was not with us long enough to see further results, but for the period of time she was with us, there was positive improvement. We can provide Revdex.com and the client a list of the accounts that were removed from her reports (the account names and account numbers) to provide evidence of our positive progress. We would never want to see a customer leave our service unsatisfied, and we hope this additional information will be helpful to have this complaint closed. I am rejecting this response because: I had sent the reports in that I received and I did notice there were some changes but one of those changes caused a negative impact on my credit and then another collections account appeared on my report out of nowhere as wellMy credit scores actually went down not upThey were in the 500's when I began Transunion is the score reflected because of a credit app I have the others are in the same range from what was updated on the credit people website before I was denied access that's why I am requesting my money back.

Good Afternoon, The below claim has been satisfied. *** *** - Claim Number *** This client signed up on 9/20/for her credit to be repaired. We did get her results in having negative accounts removed from her reports, and we did work on her credit reports
for several months. However, she later stated those creditors put those accounts back on her reports (she contacted us through our website on 3/20/17, and we responded to her within the same business day). She was issued one months refund upon cancellation of $on 3/20/17, and then a full refund on 4/3/in the amount of $(which included one payment of $19, and payments of $59). Please let me know if you need anything further from us at this time. Thank you!

Hi [redacted],Thank you for your response.  I reviewed your reports again, and the collection agency that was added to your reports is not a company we contacted since they were not originally on your credit reports when you started with us.  Therefore, your creditor chose to add this account to your reports on their own, and this had nothing to do with our service.  Unfortunately, we don't have any control over any of your past creditors adding negative marks to your reports if you were ever past due on any account.  Our service can only dispute existing accounts that are on your reports to have as many of them removed as legally possible.  However, to show you that we do care about our customers, and would never want you to not be satisfied, we have issued you a full refund.  Since you were already previously issued a one month refund of $59, the additional refund we issued today is $88.  Please keep in mind that it can typically take your bank 48-72 hours to post your refund back to your card.  Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns we can assist you with.  We wish you all the best in all you do moving forward!
