Review: The company claimed to be a credit repair company, but it seem to just get you to invest in their services and then give you the run around. It need to be shown and known as fradulent and need to be investigated. People are relying on their business and paying them money. Just to think if just a thousand people give them what they ask for, for their services, they will or have made millions for misleading people.Desired Settlement: I really want a refund, but I know that is impossible, but really I need for this company to be listed as fradulent not just rating them a F. I checked with Revdex.com and itcomes up no results but looking further with yall it shows up only with persistance. If a regular person check them out they probably would show it's okay. My fiancee seem to think they are true to what they say because they are christian based as they say, but they are ripping people off.

Review: I was guaranteed a refund if this company didnt help with what they guaranteed on doing. I gave them a down payment of $300 and paid $100 a month for 9 months. The company guaranteed to build buisness credit for my company up to $25,000 in credit in 6 months. CRG droped the ball for the first 2 months with not sending me all the paper work that was needed. Then when I finally recieved paper work it was incorrect which held up processing through Secertary of State for 1 more month. Finally got through all processes and now they don't return my messages or tell me my status of account because they have been unsucessful of fufilling there promise and guarantee. I just want my hard earned money back if they can not help me. I have e-mails from them that proves they guarantee and voice messages that states it. Please look in to this company to see if you can help me get in contact. They answer the phone but always ask to leave a message and I never get a call back. The Website states the guarentee. Review: I called once to get info and decided to not use their service. They have called me with a prerecorded advertisement, 1-2 times a day since - and it has been 2 months. I have asked them to take my name off their list 4 or so times and they just hang up on me. Twice, they have directed me to a website where I can un-enroll but they require my social security number, which I won't give them. I have blocked their number through my phone company but this company gets through to my voice mail, everyday. I have checked that my cell number is on the 'Do Not Call' registry, which it has been for years. I have filed a complaint against this company there. I have gone to the police to file a complaint that this company is harassing me, police have called this company on my behalf and I am still getting calls. The police said there is not much they can do. I have now filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I am not changing my phone number - which I have had for 10 years to get this company to stop. This company is HARASSING me. I need help.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop calling me.

I wanted to let you know that the company immediately stopped calling me when you sent your first letter. I notice you said the company has not responded but I the phone calls stopped at that same time - I am sure they have received your complaint but did not respond back to you. Thank you!!! After months of daily recorded phone calls, they have stopped. Thank you, thank you!! You did what myself, my phone company, the police and 'Get Gephart', could not.

Review: Hello,I signed up with this company because they claimed that they could assist in repairing my credit files. They also promised to have a Capital One credit card issued. I have to call constantly to have them perform the disputes on my files. I also have to call several times to get updates. Lastly, I called to inform them that Capital One sent me a letter stating that "they can't issue a credit card because I already have a card with them". Not only will I not be issued a credit card, but my credit files have not changed over several months now. Review: CRG collected $300 (up front) to "gaurantee" repairing my credit score... The comapany is unreachable. I also read on the internet that its illegal for them to collect anything upfront before services are rendored.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $300 they collected.

Review: This company promises to help repair your credit on all three credit bereaus within a reasonable time depending on your personal situation. I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago and have issues removing items that should have been removed by now, especially inquiries... their staff assured I would see differences in my credit scores within 60-90 days of signing up for the program. I paid a fee for them to work on every credit bureau and so far I have not seen any changes. They received the information they required from all three credit bureaus on Oct 27, 2013, as of today (Jan 2nd) there has been no change to my scores. I contacted the company today to inquire about their progress and was informed that "now" they have the information necessary to file disputes online although they've had the information (as confirmed by them via email) since Oct 27. I feel this is a scam and this company is making false promises to their potential customers in order to secure their $99 per credit bureau charge and then just not deliver. This company should be in the "customer beware" list and not allowed to steal money from hard working americans, especially military personnel as myself.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to be publically reported as a "scam", and as a "customer beware".
