[redacted] was never a client nor did he enroll in one of our programsHe was upset regarding a 3rd party service we recommended [redacted] called us a total of times between March 8th and March 13thEven after he wrote a google review that did not match what happened on the previously recorded phone calls, we gave [redacted] a free evaluationSince he didn't already have a copy of his credit report, we helped him obtain one through Privacy GuardOn that recorded phone call, we explained to him that it was a 3rd party service and that if he had any questions regarding their service, he would need to contact them directlyWe completed our Free Evaluation and advised [redacted] of his next steps to achieve his goal[redacted] called back the following day and we advised him that we didn't believe he was a good fit for our companyHe had questions about his credit monitoring account and we answered them over the phone [redacted] called back again on Monday discussing his Privacy Guard account and we advised him he would need to call them to discuss it but we could help him cancel it.His Privacy Guard account was cancelled on Monday the 13th and the total paid to them for services was $We will Refund [redacted] $for the charges that happened on his accountGoing forward, we implemented an Email that will automatically be sent to everyone that is enrolled in credit monitoring so this situation never happens againPlease close this complaint
