I am rejecting this response because I started the process to move out DecemberI gave them all the proof of my documents such as restisnjgn order, police report and charges against the personThey kept giving me the run around about the manager would have to approve and finally for me and my child's safety I moved months before my lease was upI wasn't even there to dmanage the blindsI paid $depositThere is no way my utilities cost over that $I have all my old statements that I can pull and show how much Utilities wereWhy kind of damages do the blinds even have? I am rejecting this response because: I want pictures of the blinds with the damages When I moved out months before the lease was up there was nothing wrong with themAs far as them withholding me from getting out of my lease I tired for weeks, no one would ever call me back, I would go to the office and the managers we're never thereI had my police reports, as well as a copy of my restraining order and they dragged there feet and then tell me it's to lateI should've asked sooner Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: They went under new managent but it was all the same ladies working in the officeThey knew what was going on, I showed them the police report and arrest records and they still would t let me outThey are trying to take money from me that I don't owe them Regards,

Any documents that she had provided to the previous manager was expired Final utilities are usually larger than regular bill because of billing in arears it could be up to days behind (Meaning it could have been up to days before she paid her 1st utility bill) Blinds- there was no record that they were damaged when she moved in ( inventory condition form that is given to resident at move in to turn in if any issues at move in) and a walk through is performed after move out for any damages Thank you,

We have had a change of ownership & staff as of July 27th of 2016. From what I understand is that the previous resident had a domestic issue going on and could no longer stay in the apartment. If there was a balance after she moved out could have owed for final utilities and/or any
damages left in the apartment. Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: I want pictures of the blinds with the damages.  When I moved out months before the lease was up there was nothing wrong with them. I paid $150.00 deposit. There is no way my utilities cost over that $150. I have all my old statements that I can pull and show how much Utilities were. Why kind of damages do the blinds even have?
