side on his off timeShe directly gave *** the deposit of the $without Spa Crafters being aware of, or the consent of Spa CraftersShe did come to our store with a bank statement from her personal bank stating that the money was payable to Spa Services Live Oak TexasSpa Services Live Oak Texas, which we assume is ***’s company, is not in any way associated with Spa Crafters it is a completely different companyThe charge was also made on a completely different day after we originally went to serviceWe also advise her that she should call her bank and dispute the charge as fraudulent and get her money backWe are an accountable company that has been doing business for years, if the deposit was made to Spa Crafters we would have gladly reimbursed her money no question asked
