Avoid this place like the plague, they will lie to you after you have paid in full & have free deliveryWhat they don't tell you is they will deliver when they have another delivery in the same vacinityOrdered a new recliner & paid up front & was told it would be in in 4-weeks, it's been weeks & when I call to check on it they tell me the chair is here but we won't be delivering until we have another delivery in your areaAlso if you want to pick it up you can't do that unless it's between 10-or 5-6, so if you can't make it between those hours you are screwedI will never purchase from them ever again!!!!!!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was told by the repairman from the Cricket Box that he sees this problem all the time. He told me that he would have a part ordered to fix the sofa. Unless, the necessary part was available at the Cricket Box. In regards to the sofa that we had prior, it was not the same quality of furniture. It was also much older than less than one year. If this was the case that our issue was not covered by warranty, why did Mr [redacted] say he would order the part. He also stated that he would talk to the Lane salesperson. He stated, that he usually doesn't have problems with Lane, but when he does they are hard to deal with. As a paying customer this is not my problem. In spite of a warranty a sofa should last longer than four months. We have furniture that has lasted for many years. There is no abuse or unusual wear and tear on the sofa. We are no harder on our sofa than any other household. If the sofa had broken in his store would he still feel the same way? Regards,[redacted]
