Review: I was contacted several times by a [redacted] from Criminal research association requesting me to send her $400.00 to file a Habeas corpus on behalf of my brother [redacted] whom is in prison. The request for payment was for a Mr. [redacted] to file the documents from this company. The money was paid on Nov 11th 2012. Since Nov 11th 2012 to date neither my brother or myself have ever heard from a Mr. [redacted] regarding the filing of the court document. I and my brother have made several request for an accounting for the funds that were paid or a refund. My brother had to file the Habeas corpus himself from prison due to this company failing to file the document with the courts as they were paid to do. See the attachments. I sent a demand letter on June 19th 2013 demanding an accounting or a refund. [redacted] replied she is no longer the director of this company this is Mr. [redacted] case. CRA NO 10-0405. Again as of today neither of us have ever received anything from a Mr. [redacted]. Our only communications have been with a [redacted] either requesting money or telling us this is someone else problem.
