Met with homeowners and reviewed list Called all contractors on legitimate items most of it was done this week should be complete next week Customers insisted on moving into the home before it was finished is why much of this was hard to get done

I am rejecting this response because:Once again Mr* *** failed to withhold his obligationsIn his last correspondence he said all repairs will be completed this week, as of today 8/26/the repairs are yet to be completedMr *** came to our residents on Thursday 24th to go over the the list againI'm puzzled because because Sunday night I spent over an hour retyping the list for the 3rd time and emailed to him on Monday 21st of Aug, As I mentioned in my correspondence contractors came last week, one corrected scuff marks and pin holes in the tub and the other started what Mr *** call punch holes and repairs/ touch up after constructionThe contractor was last at our home Wednesday Aug 16thLeaving a wet vac in the middle of our bathroom floor and paint material in the front of our door( mrWalter came and removed it himself on Thursday of this week) that's just one of example of quality of paint contractors he is working for himWe have not heard from that particular contract as of today Friday the title company came unprepared to work, they informed my husband they needed to see what's needed to be done in there solution Was that they would order necessary material and come back Wednesday 30th Also another contractor call to set up a date to adjust garage door Yet there is still a host of things that need to be corrected still haven't heard from concrete layers electric company examples cracks in concrete touchups gaps between French doors just a few things it's about request on the listprecent was noted after we closed and moved and although there were a couple of things were not completed at the time of closing shutters between media room and kitchen filler beside icemaker we trusted that Mr* *** would have done these repairs in the timely manner i've had several conversations with Mr* *** informing him of these contractors reflects on his business

response because:The city of Arlington approved our final inspection on March 9th 2017 and we closed on March 16 th 2017,although we spoke to Mr [redacted] prior to moving in many things still needed completion due to various jobs not done correctly,(2)We haven't heard from the electric co as of Sun 8-20-17, we haven't heard from the Tile co, we haven't heard from the concrete co, we haven't heard from the framers,these were some of the issues and contractors we have not heard back from,He did send 2 contractors last week,one contractor finished there job,the other one didn't, they haven't returned since Wed 8-16-17and some of there equipment is still here in our home and on our Poarch, If Mr [redacted] has all contractors in line to complete repairs that would be greatly appreciated;

As was explained during construction a city building final does not mean the home is complete and ready to move in  It was explained to the customer by the builder  that things would be more difficult to get done with the homeowner living in the home but they chose to move in anywayAll items have been called into the appropriate vendors and are being worked onI am definitely not happy with the performance of the subcontractors eitherbut it would have been much better it on everyone to finish the house before they moved in
