[redacted], General Manager of Acura East Brunswick, spoke to Mr [redacted]. He is bringing in his vehicle on Mondayand will receive a loaner car. We are replacing the wheel locks as a coutesy and gesture of good will. [redacted] is investigating the breakdown in the communication that occured and will...

correct it. We are working with him to resolve the issues. We are following the protocol set by the manufacturer regarding the recall and appreciate Mr [redacted]'s understanding.Sincerely,[redacted]

I invite Ms. [redacted] back to the dealership to meet with Scott General Manager of Open Road Acura of East Brunswick or to call him directly for an explanation of the situation. It was believed that the explanation given at the time of pick up was understood and accepted. Scott has investigated this with the service department and wants to make sure Ms. [redacted] is satisfied.

Kurt S[redacted] GM of the dealership, has resolved the issues at hand. The customer informed us that the complaint would be withdrawn.Sincerely,Missi C[redacted]

I've been notified by the General Manager of the store that we have opened up the dialogue with Ms [redacted] and will find an amicable resolution.Sincerely,Missi C[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Please allow me to correct some of the information provided by the merchant:1.) Going to inspect the tire almost one week after the fact is a complete joke, I can be shown any "old" tire in the shop. In fact, why wasn't  I offered the opportunity to inspect the tire after I questioned it.2.) The only thing ever explained to me was you have to buy a new tire, as mentioned in item #1, since, I questioned it, why was I not given the chance to view the aforementioned tire.3.) the idea that the verbiage had to deleted on the work order after the fact is a complete joke. Why print information on a work order and delete it after the fact.4.) Why when the service advisor was questioned about the invoice, his only mumble was that he gave me a $5 discount.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only when the car is repaired. The Manager and I need to schedule when this car is to be repaired due to the Holidays.  Thank you [redacted]
