Tired of this agency
So we have 4 cruises booked through the Cruise Web. One of them we brought others and booked total s of over $25,000 in cruises between us. One simple thing... Early dining a requirement for health and medical reasons. So on the Koningsdam No such luck...WE had to complain and b[censored] to get early dining. They wanted us to do it ourselves ...For a Panama 14-day cruise booked almost a year in advance with the stipulation 5 people early dining...did it happen. No ...For medical reasons, we need it for both no lines and early dining. The workaround was booking each open dining night one at a time on one person's room, tediously for 14 nights. Still a different table every night and lines to contend with for open dining. We will seek out a travel agency with clout that can do simple booking things like dining.

The only way a cruise consultant at The Cruise Web Inc calls you is if YOU SUBMIT A REQUEST ONLINE FOR CRUISE INFORMATION or IF YOU WORKED WITH THEM IN THE PAST and only then they will call you because you asked them to call. You put in your name and phone number and your email requesting information and assistance from a professional to assist with saving you time and money on your cruise plans.. Only then a consultant calls you back upon your request to help you with your cruise plans. The phone number comes up CruiseWeb on your phone. I really don't understand.

I've never been so dissatisfied with a Cruise Company in my life. They actually kept our Credit Card Information on file. A girl named Molly Glass as Cruise Web initialed my husbands signature so she or Cruise Web could get the 15% of the total cruise. I've contacted 20/20, 60 mintutes & personally know people that work at these networks. If anyone would like to join me in a class action lawsuit, I can be reached on FB at Bohemia Escazu Sale Costa Rica. I'm sick of companies saving Credit Card information & codes to push these transaction through. I don't care what it cost me, I want to fine them & receive my money back. So I've contacted my lawyers & more. Regards, Morgan & Diane

LMFAO. The last time I used the Cruise Web to book a cruise they send you credit card authorization form to your email and you have to sign electronically before they can charge your card. Sounds like you should have a talk with your husband about reading agreements before signing anything.

When we notified Cruise Web we had to cancel our reservations for a cruise out of Singapore, a girl named Molly Glass, told us then she was going to charge us 15% of the cruise for canceling. Cruise Web kept our Deposit Credit Card information on File for the cruise, then my husband's initials were forged by Cruise Web (Molly Glass) I fought with AMEX over 6 months. However, if anyone would like to join me I will be filing a class action lawsuit against them for fraud among other things. I can be reached through my FB account/Twitter account/instagram account & my personal e-mail. Let me know, I am personally going after them for Fraudulent initialling of my Husbands name. Lock your credit cards or cancel them and get new ones .
I will NEVER book through Cruise Web again.

Review: I have booked a cruise through Cruiseweb. When I first inquired the trip, the travel consultant was very prompt and responsive to my questions. Once I put down my deposit, the story changed, especially after I informed him I need to delay my trip toApril 2017. He said he would look into the price quote for me and get back with me which was on March 21. I have tried to email or call him., never get a call from him. I emailed to company website about my concern over the weekend. In fact, in my email, I just wanted them to cancel my trip, and hold the deposit for future trip even that still did not have nobody contact me and I have tried to call the company by phone this week several time including today, I cannot get anyone return my call. I did talk to someone yesterday on the phone but he is just operator during office hour, all he did was transferred my call to [redacted]'s supervisor, [redacted]. Of course, his supervisor did not return my call either. I don't know what else I can do in this situation other than asking Revdex.com assistance before seeking for legal assistance which will be my last resort!Desired Settlement: Cancel my reservation with them, and refund my deposit. I don't want to escalate further. All I ask someone from Cruiseweb can return my call or email me to resolve my issue with them.

My family went on a Carnival Cruise through Cruise Web in March of 2015. The cruise was fabulous, but going through Crusie Web was horrible. We could never get ahold of are representative and then was tranfered to a new one per our request. When I asked about all the things that was promised to us, we didn't get any of it except they gave us 75.00 per room onboard credit. I got 7 rooms booked and the first representative told me that I would get a birth, because all the people that was signed up on the cruise, and I didn't recieve it. Then we were told that we would get 25.00 per person onboard credit with 75.00 onboard credit per room, we only got the 75.00. One cabin they gave her extra 50.00 onboard credit because they had a lot of trouble with the representative. If you ever need a Travel Agent DO NOT USE CRUISE WEB !!!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!!

Review: The representative did not identify himself or the company he represented in his initial remarks, then insisted on knowing my first name and insinuated the he would not help me without it! Since I do not know this person or company, demanding anything, let alone my name, would be considered rude and inappropriate. In most cases such conduct would be violation of a companies business ethics standards.Desired Settlement: This company should immediately correct and retrain it's employees on proper conduct and phone etiquette, so as not to disrupt other potential customers lives with this behavior.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!
I do not recommend this company One Bit !! We put a temporary hold on a room, and found a MUCH Better deal Free Gratuities, and $ 100.00 ship board credit. When I , spoke to one of their Reps [redacted] I was very up front and honest and asked her if she could match it. She could not. I thanked her for her time and told her that I regret that I had to cancel. She now refused to lift the hold on the room explaining to me that she is trying to find someone else to buy it. She thinks this is normal ethical business. now I have to call [redacted] and deal with unnecessary [redacted]

Review: Our family of 7 booked a cruise from Cruise Web on April 7, 2013 and cancelled it on April 28, 2013 for a sailing date of June 22, 2013. The reason for cancellation is we tried to ignore the fact that [redacted] Cruise Line were having continuous issues. From the time I booked the cruise and cancelled the cruise [redacted] hit the media two more times. Once, for losing electricity for 12 minutes and the other for failing inspection. This frightened me quite a bit with traveling with my three children, so I decided I wanted to cancel the vacation. Since then the two cabins that we had reserved have been sold, there is no reason why we should be charged $250.00 pp to cancel. We never signed or verbally agreed to a cancellation contract stating that once this reservation is made you can't cancel it. I have written to [redacted] and they told me that since it was booked through a travel agent I need to dispute it with them. I attempted to contact Cruise Web through their general email last week but I haven't heard back from them. The other thing that is confusing to me is that we agreed to the travel insurance and that was never put on our booking information. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I think it is absolutely horrible to try and charge us $1750.00 for cabins that other families are staying in. [redacted] cruises is not out any money and neither is the travel agency.Desired Settlement: I just want this charge to go away and for us not to be responsible for this money.

Response:
The charge in question was all to [redacted] Cruise Line ([redacted]).  The Cruise Web has no funds from this transaction.  The cancellation penalty in question was imposed by [redacted] Cruise Line ([redacted]) and is standard for the booking category.  We asked [redacted] to waive the penalty, but [redacted] Cruiselines declined.  At this point, the matter is entirely out of the control of The Cruise Web.
Thank you

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
The reason why I am rejecting the response from Cruise Web is I feel they failed to provide complete details when booking the cruise.  Like I said in my previous complaint insurance was supposed to be on the booking and never was and also we were never informed when booking the cruise that once you book the cruise today there are no refunds and the cancellation fee is very expensive even if the cruise line rebooks the cabins.

Regards,

Response:
We are working one more time with the client to approach the to the cruise line to see if there is any concession that [redacted] might be willing to make once the cruise in questions ends on June 29th.
