Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The CS Team is exploiting this email taken out of context as assigning credit for an unsolicited career offer to them when in fact, what I am actually thanking my CS Team counselor for in this email is NOT for performing ANYTHING WHATSOEVER that assisted me in either receiving or securing this job or any other offerI was excellently paired with a counselor only after a completely wasted year and a half with THREE counselors who were completely inadequate and who achieved NO successes in partnering with meThis final counselor in fact RESIGNED employment with the CS Team for reasons that are NOT indifferent to the reasons I am also now raising a complaint against the organization as wellThey can only provide an email like this as their entire case for justification, because they know they cannot provide reasonably sufficiency evidence of anything else. There is NO demonstrated justification for the incomplete contract agreement and inflated and largely unearned consulting fee which I WILL NOT SETTLE for less than HALF of in reimbursement.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Sticking with the facts, the company agreed to release this individual from her contract because both parties agreed that she was not a good fit for the services*** has agreed to the terms in the Release Agreement and this issue has been resolved

Complaint: 11088956
I am rejecting this response because:The business has yet to follow their own contract in providing services and materials as documented. Several of these were to be completed by the business within the first 30 days as stipulated in their own contract. As it is now month 4 that they have still yet to complete tasks required of them in the first month this constitutes a breach of contract on the business part. As such a full refund is required to rectify the situation as I have been requesting of the business for months now. The services provided were not as promised, the timeline they followed was not as they promised, and their level of customer service was not as promised at the time of signing (100% satisfaction guaranteed).  I am not willing to allow them to charge me on an hourly basis for a partial service, when none of the services provided were up to par and the contract is an all or nothing deal.  Find attached the original contract and complaint.
Sincerely,
John Murray

[redacted] has started out by stating that she was charged a percentage of her "goal" income as a fee for our services. We do not charge by percentages, we have several different contracts that are offered at a set rate that has not changed in over 5 years. She worked with sever different consultants that...

were more than qualified to assist her with her search and they worked around her busy schedule to accommodate her needs.  [redacted] had a wonderful relationship with her last consultant and obtained a new career after working diligently with [redacted]. She sent a Thank You email to her consultant expressing her excitement and gratitude towards [redacted] with regards to helping her with this new position. After clients accept new positions, they are told that we will continue to work with them for the duration of the contract, but it is up to them to contact us when they need assistance. [redacted] is requesting a refund because she got a job and no longer wants to use our services. I sent [redacted] a letter stating that a refund is not warranted because of the work performed on her behalf, but she is more than welcome to contact us to resume services if necessary.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: this company got back with me AFTER I filed the complaint. I told them that I had filed this complaint and that their release agreement had language that would result in my potentially having breached the agreement with my signature. I asked that they modify the language to preclude this complaint and haven't heard from them in the last several weeks. I'm willing to settle but the terms of their release has to take into consideration that this complaint was filed prior to them getting back to me with a reasonable result. The "consultant" that I met with did far more talking about her self during the meeting that was supposed to be two hours and was only an hour and 15 minutes. I've voiced my concerns and stated what I needed to close this out, but I've been asked to sign a multi-page release agreement for a 1/2 page agreement for service. Honestly, I didn't get anything from nor did I keep any of the materials from this organization. I returned all of the materials received. I bare no ill will I just want a refund as the service was not as promised.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This is completely untrue, [redacted] has failed to meet his contractual agreement by failing to pay for services rendered. While working with our consultant for several months and receiving the services listed in our contract, he failed to make any of his payments. This complaint is not valid because...

[redacted] still owes our firm 1500.00 in services rendered. If he would like to sever his agreement, the company will agree to terminate the contract (As I have already told him) and not proceed with collecting his outstanding balance.

[redacted] is claiming that he did not receive services from our firm and making slanderous comments about our company when in fact he received many services such as, development of his marketing plan and objectives, Resume, Cover Letter, Resume website, Interview training, Personal reference from his career coach and one-on-one consulting. [redacted] is not entitled to a refund.

[redacted],   Here is the scanned email from [redacted] regarding her new employment to our Career Consultant expressing her excitement.    Thanks!

The CS Team made every effort to settle this complaint with the client to no avail. Mr. [redacted] was looking for a reason to break the contract due to personal financial constraints.  He proceeded to tell the sales individual in a meeting that if he was unable to break the contract then he would...

file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get his desired results of all money back.  According to Mr. [redacted]s complaint the company agrees that the references were not provided within the first 30 days due to the illness of the receptionist (She completes this task).  We apologized to the client and have since rectified that issue.  Mr. [redacted] claims that a mock interview was not performed on his behalf when actually he refused to drive to our offices so the mock interview was completed via Skype.  Mr. [redacted] is also accusing the company of not providing a list of companies to him when actually he was provided several lists. He requested another list to be provided to him by January 15th that was delivered via email on January 11th. Mr. [redacted] used our services for several months then decided he did not want to continue working our process with our consultant.  Mr. [redacted] then agreed to work with another consultant and met with her once then filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and cancelled his future appointment.  The company will continue to work with Mr. [redacted] and he can contact us to schedule an appointment at any time or we will agree to charge him for services rendered at our hourly rate.

[redacted] met with our sales individual on two separate occasions then scheduled a meeting with the consultant for 15-20 minutes prior to signing a contract with our company to see if the chosen consultant was a "good fit" for her.  The second meeting was approximately 2 hours of...

listening and learning more about [redacted] to determine what career path she wanted to pursue as she has a varied background. The third meeting consisted of delivering the marketing materials to [redacted] and covering more about our process and expectations. After taking the materials home, [redacted] decided that she didn't like them and wanted to cancel the contract. We agreed to meet with her to  discuss her concerns. After the meeting, The CS Team agreed to release her from her contract and asked her to sign an agreement releasing both parties from any further contractual and monetary obligations. [redacted] agreed to our terms then declined to sign the agreement and opened a complaint with the Revdex.com. The CS Team took quick action to resolve the issue with this client and was surprised to hear that she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com because we thought it was already settled.

The company is trying to sever the contract by charging the client an hourly rate for services rendered. We are working directly with the client to rectify the situation.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted] I am not pleased with the "mudslinging" tactics being taken by the business in their replies. They continue to issue false statements. I never said that I had recieved "no" services. I had stated that the services I had recieved did not equate to that promised to be rendered in the first 30 days of the contract. I previously stated that I was willing to discuss a "pro-rated" refund and was told by [redacted] that her team would meet to discuss this. I have no knowledge that any such meeting ever took place. As I stated in my previous reply, due to the outright falsity of the statements being made by the company, I am no longer willing to compromise in this fashion. They had a chance to work with me in this regard and chose that lying about the details of our contract was more suitable. To itemize these lies:1 ) The company has stated that I had worked with their consultant for several months. This is completely untrue. I paid my deposit on Dec 3 and had only worked with the consultant for 3 weeks around the Christmas holidays.2) I was told by [redacted] that a voicemail was left stating their decision.I never recieved any voicemail. After attempting to make another inquiry since I had heard nothing about this decision, I recieve an email saying I will not get any kind of refund.3) The company is trying to state that I said I had recieved "no services".I stated that I had not recieved the full services garanteed in their contract for the first 30 days of the contract. I never said that I had recieved "no" services at all. I attempted to work with the company to work out a compromise but they chose to ignore this.4) I was initially told my refund would be returned when I decided to cancel the contract. When I first spoke to [redacted] about ending my contract, I was informed by him that he would see that I got my refund back.I am exceeedingly irate that the company continues to choos to deal with this matter in such a deceptive and unethical way.

The CS Team helped me with my recent job research. They have extremely effective method of guiding candidates through the hiring process. Out of four applications I submitted in the beginning of January I received three immediate responses and invitations to interviews. Two of them were carried over to the top final selection where employer was choosing between me and another candidate. One of them resulted with a job offer which I accepted, however the other one is still possible!
The CS team has guided me by hand through every step of the process starting from initial research, preparation of marketing documents, and interviews ending with final salary negotiations. I encourage everyone to use their services. I wouldn't have made it without The CS Team!
