I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. To start, I would appreciate if The Curator's Eye could muster the requisite professionalism to spell my last name correctly. But this, too, is par for the course in my dealings with them. They have not yet indicated a reason for the cast discrepancy in shipping quote amounts, BADA's email correspondence accepting credit card payment, which they failed to honor or acknowledge, or to direct myself, the Revdex.com, or the FRDeral Trade Comission to the information pertaining to the item location in the the UK. One need only reference the trade publications articles on the abysmal mess this auction was, and how a "full investigation" will be conducted as per several trade magazines. I shall continue to seek redress with the FTC, the Revdex.com and the British Antique dealers Association with regard to this dispute and the utter incompetence of this auctioneer and/or its agent. BADA must be aware by now if how poorly this sale was conducted.Regards,
