having worked with Tim for 7 years now, i've personally see him perform in court, in response to opposing counsel, and he pull off some *** stuff. Opposing counsel attempted to get evidence ruled inadmissible, and he shut that down. Some lawyers aren't good trial lawyers, Tim is amazing as a trial lawyer

This attorney lies to his clients and makes decisions without consulting his clients. Not just little decisions but decisions that could negatively affect a child's life. He's unorganized, absent minded, unprofessional and unprepared. He's easily intimidated by opposing counsel and it shows through the way he handles his cases. Strongly discourage anyone considering his services.
