I recently get in touch with www.thecustomboxes.com the first package I received had a bit of size issue that my products doesn't fits in the way I wanted them to be. I decided to call the sales guy who was working on my project and was very amazed he took a quick action and re-produce the complete batch for me. I paid the shipping though and the next batch was what they took my future business. I would say they are fine to work with its my second order I recently placed lets see what they come up with....

We are an online printing company. The procedure for working with customer is we send him the digital proof for his review and...

approval prior to printing. Same is the case with schmide we sent her the final digital proof of her packaging and got an approval from her side over the email which is shown. Once we have the approval we dont change anything and forward the same file to production for printing process. The logo printed is still in horizontal position for reverse tuck end boxes. And the same proof is approved by the customer.Moreover as per our terms and conditions which is mentioned over the specsheet and I have attached the document as well we are not liable after the approval from customer end.

Again I was told the image would be horizontal to the opening of the box. When the person (Max) told me this, I responded ok then. He then e-mailed back, saying please reply by emailing approved. No other proof was emailed to me, of any change I was relying on his word, that it would be changed to the correct orientation; which wad horizontal to the shorter opening, but as you can see is vertical to the opening. When I e-mailed him my complaint, at this point I received the merchandise, he stated the image was too heavy, so it was not able to be switched. I am putting glassware with loose items as favors in these boxes, so it looks awkward placing the boxes on its side.

We are ready to compensate in any condition and would like to work for a long term. However we really come up with best competitive prices to meet your budget and get your order done with good stock and printing quality. However I can still check if we could work on unprinted boxes only as a favor for a good relationship.

If I have to pay for stock and shipping, that is not considered as a compensation, more of a repurchase.
Before I filed this complaint, I asked for new boxes to be sent to me either in geay or coral, printing is not necessary. But the company keeps coming back to on a reprint. I really don't want to do business with this company again, they've just caused me alot of stress. Why exactly would I want to go through this again?
