Never received order.
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on 4/23/18. Since then I haven't heard from the company. No shipping. No response to my email on 5/20/18. Nothing. I received no info on the purchase, no response and no refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund for the shoes.

Ordered a purse a week and half ago and still yet to receive the purse let alone shipment information. Business will not reply to emails.
I had placed an order on 3/11/18 for a purse from the Dachshund Report for $29.35. "Gorgeous Dachshund Day Bag Ã? 1". Order *** I sent emails on 3/9/18 and 3/12/18 requesting an update on shipment and have yet to receive a reply back. I also sent a facebook message on 3/13/18 and 3/14/18 to see if they would reply via facebook, however there has been no reply in regards to the order. I just want the product. However, if I am not able to receive the product, then I'd just like a refund of what I paid.

I send an email to the company twice. I have not received a response yet. Their facebook page is non-responsive. I would prefer the product, but if you get ellp me get a refund I would be satisfied.

on December 12, 2017,
I ordered two items from their website. I was immediately notified by email that my order was received.
On December 12, 2017, I ordered 2 items and paid for them with a debit card. I was notified immediately via email that my order was received and being prepared for shipping. I was to be notified via text and email when shipped. As of December 20, I have sent emails and instant messages (4) on their page. I've also posted on their page to please contact me.
I've gotten no response on anything, no phone call, email or text.

Desired Outcome

I want the items I ordered sent overnight since they were for Christmas, if they can be sent by Christmas, or a full refund.

I put in an order the 2nd week of July. To date nothing has been received. They said it was delivered but could provide a signature.
Here is what I posted on their FB page...I would like to say that I am very disappointed in your service. I put in an order the second week of July. To date nothing has been received. I contacted your company, I was promised several for a tracking number. When I finally got the tracking number you advised that it was the wrong one. That maybe why I still have not received what I ordered. This was to be a birthday present for my mother at the end of July. I had everything shipped to my office so I would know who signed for it but since you don't provide signatures there is no telling where my merchandise is. Originally I was just going to cut my losses but now I would really like to know how you are going to fix this.

The customers necklace and purse was previously not sent out due to a glitch in the system.

After contacting the customer and offering to refund her money, she informed us that she would like us to send her the products. We did.

Tracking information will show that the item has indeed been delivered as of August 21 2017

The customer claims she didn't receive the items, but our tracking number shows otherwise.

We did everything we could to help the customer including offering help to locate the package.

The customer said no and then proceeded to belittle us on our own social media page and now through Revdex.com.

They said they could prove it was delivered. How can they do so when they can not provide a signature for me to be able to track? It may have been delivered, but I assure you it was not to me or the address I asked for it to be delivered to. There are 6 people in my office. None of us have signed or accepted receipt of their package. Prove to me that it was delivered by a signature or confirmation of the address.

Only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. No response to my emails.
On June 27, 2017 I ordered 3 items for $72.83. I only received one item, I have emailed and emailed regarding the other two items but have not gotten any response. Also called XXX-XXX-XXXX and all it did was go to a voicemail.

REFUND ME ME MONEY. FLAG THIS BUSINESS.

We have been in contact with *** regarding the other two items that didn't get to her. They have been sent to the manufacturer as of 4 days ago and she has been notified . We haven't received a response back from her. Once the tracking updates we will send the information to ***.

Items not received from order placed June 3, 2017.
I ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace on June 3, 2017. I immediately received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged $15.90 for the order, but I have yet to receive any tracking information or the items.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the $15.90 that I paid for the items I haven't received.

I placed an order on March 27th for three bracelets and a necklace. To date I have only received the necklace and 1/3 bracelets.
I placed and order and paid for three bangle bracelets and a necklace. I receive the necklace and one of the bracelets separately over the course of the next few months. I have yet to receive the rest of my order, and all attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. This is troubling given that several others appear to have had the same issue, and while the company seems perfectly capable of using their social media to promote themselves, they ignore their customers.

I would like to receive the remaining items in my order, as I have paid for them. I would also like an explanation from the company as to their practice of ignoring emails and other types of communication.

Purchased a bag on dachshundreport.com on 4-3-17. My credit card was charged 4-3-17. No item received. No response to inquiring email received.
After seeing an ad of facebook.com on 4-3-17, I used the link to go to the website dachshundreport.com. I purchased a bad on 4-3-17. The bag cost $26.00, and shipping cost $5.95 for a total of $31.95. When trying to finalize the payment. Multiple times the website went to a screen indicating payment could not process. This was a different view than I previously saw using facebook.com. I finalized the payment on the facebook.com screen instead of the google chrome screen. This worked after the first try. I called my credid card company at that time, *** The representative informed me that my Visa credit card was charged for the $31.95 already and no suspicious activity was noted at that point since I believed that site to be a trusted company. The only email I have received from the dachsundreport company was on 4-3-17 confirming my order *** I replied to that email on X-XX-XX as indicated to do so in the email. no answer received. No item received to date and no response to the inquiring email. After looking at their website for contacting them, there is a sort of question and answer/blog area on their site where other people have posted similar issues and stating it is a false company. I am going to contact *** tonight or tomorrow regarding this issue.

Either a refund from the suspected false/illegitimate company, or delivery of the bag I thought I was purchasing.

I have received the item that I had not received when I submitted the claim. The company has not replied to me still, but again I did receive the item. I feel like they aren't a properly-operated business if they do not communicate with their customers.

Ordered/paid in full, but never received item. Business provided false shipping tracking number and is nonresponsive to several emails and messages.
Ordered and paid for an item over 40 days ago (31 March 2017), but I have not yet received the item. This business provided me with an untrackable shipping number upon receipt of my money. I have emailed them and messaged them on Facebook several times, but I have not received any response at all. Their Facebook page contains many similar complaints of money paid, but no merchandise received and no communication regarding the order status. I have initiated a claim with PayPal to get a refund.

Desired Outcome

To resolve this issue, I want The Dachshund Report to refund the entire amount to me ($24.94).
