I am rejecting this response because: My daughter did not Leave Dfusa to join another dance studio and I have evidence that she was bullied/harassed on social media by a male student at the studio which ultimately led to her decision to leave DFUSA and Yes she did join another studioThis incident was brought to the attention of the studio director and nothing was done except calling a meeting in which my daughter was put on trial for whether or not she was going to leave the studio My daughter is in a better place now and she’s happy I am deeply disappointed in the way the entire situation was handled and when people make judgement after only knowing half the story My complaint is completely with merit and indisputable evidence which I am more that happy to share

The Dance Factory USA ("DFUSA") prides itself on providing a safe and friendly atmosphere for children to develop their passion for dance. Unfortunately the complaint here is without any merit. dancers, including the one here, sign a statement acknowledging DFUSA's "No Refund" policy. Regrettably, when DFUSA declined to make an exception to this policy when this customer requested a refund, she filed the current complaint. Despite the allegations in the complaint, an investigation by DFUSA revealed absolutely no evidence of bullying as such behavior would not be tolerated in the studio. Due to privacy laws, DFUSA is prohibited from posting the details of its investigation as well as the customer's confidential information such as a copy of the contract or the dancer's costume measurements. We wish the dancer and her family well and, although no longer with DFUSA, we are happy she continues to pursue dance at another studio.
