Queen City Awning is aware of MrsAultman's concern In June, a sales representative inspected and offered to perform the repairs at no charge although the warranty period has expired A copy of the warranty and proposal is attached

We regret the problems associated with this order Unfortunately the supplier did not send us all of the items needed to perform this installation We do have the final part and will install it this Saturday, October 28th We will contact Mrand Mrs [redacted] and let them know We apologize for the inconvenience

I had a service call today fro [redacted], he looked at the awning a felt it was running properly, but had seen the viedo and did see the popping I was...

talking about. However on the day of the service call it only popped 1 time, just like a trip to the mechanic noise doen't happen when your there. [redacted] went over the 5 year warranty with me and would be sure to send them paper work that was not left at the time of the fix.At this time I will be satisifed know I can call him and he will respond to me and apologized for the company for the run around I received. From the beginning that is all I wanted is for some one to take a look at the work that was done, not the run around I received, Thank you Revdex.com for your help.

Our service foreman spoke with Mrs. [redacted] last week regarding the issue - he is going to stop out and determine if the problem can be resolved.
