Company pushed back shipment date, and is now not responding to anyone that has ordered from themThey will not reply to emails and they have shut down their online store but are active on facebook but are deleting everyone's comments that are negative

This vendor takes pre-orders on merchandise, immediately charges your credit card, and then never sends out the product
I pre-ordered two t-shirts, two skateboards, and four stickers from The Dark Slide on June 30th (Order #6094) The total cost of my order was $ The company sent one t-shirt within a week The skateboards were suppose to arrive in October On Nov16th I reached out to *** at The Dark Slide via email to see why nothing had been sent The next day he replied and said the boards would arrive soon and he would send my package the following week I then contacted him on Nov26th, Dec11th, and Dec17th There has been no response and his company has recently gotten other negative reviews for the same issue on Google Reviews Their phone number just goes to a voice mailbox that is full I paid via Visa and am trying to dispute the charge

I have requested several times to have my orders from this store refunded since they haven't delivered my paid for products They are not responding
