On June [redacted] purchased a Huawei Ascend M860 for [redacted] from us [ The Deal You Need] via [redacted]. On July [redacted] contacted us stating that his phone was not functioning properly.As a courtesy to [redacted] we offered a replacement phone of a better model which was $15.00 dollars more, free of charge to him. Here is the tracking number for the replacement unit [redacted].

Our company return policy is; Item must be returned within 30 Days. If refund is preferred and device is found to be as advertised and in in perfect working order, we will issue a refund for the cost of the phone less a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to seller. However we will cover the cost of shipping replacement back to buyer.

about this poor seller , so they are also taking care for me
