I wanted to hire debt master for collection on tenats accounts and I just fax tenats information there is no written contract but debtmaster start collecting and did not pay me
I terminat contract and as such no written contract is there dispite many request debtmaster harrasing me my tenats and not paying whatever collection were made
Refund whtever debt master collected he suppose to keeo 30% and return 70% and since i terminate contract not suppose to call tenats at and not to harras me
Please be advised, the above mentioned Client authorized our office to collect accounts at a special negotiated rate of 30% contingency. She has claim there is no agreement and tried to cancel after our collectors had made demands in writing,by phone and reported the same to the credit bureaus. We receive a payment on an account on 10/24/19 for $900.00. The Client demanded a payment be remitted to her within 2 hours of collection. We indicated that was both unreasonable and unacceptable. She in turn told the debtor,she never hired us. The Debtor responded by telling her that he called her and verified our status before paying and she agreed to hiring us. We believe the client wants to accept the benefit of our collections thus far and refusing to pay our fee.
We expect to be paid for the work performed if she cancels and the debtors pay from our communication. We have both email communications and telephone recordings of *** request for The Debt Masters to collect on accounts including the back up forwarded. We have no problem paying *** but we are not willing to allow *** to take advantage of the assignment she later claims was never made.
