The Deck Guys

I contracted with The Deck Guys on March 21/19 to remove existing rear deck and supply and install a new deck. I gave them a $300.00 deposit. Originally I was told the project would begin in 3 weeks. After a series of excuses for the delay, the final date given was to be no later than the end of September 2019. September came and went. In October 2019 I called and explained I no longer wanted their services and requested to have my deposit of $300.00 returned. As of today's date (October 22/19)I have not received my deposit nor have I had any communication from them as to when I might expect it.
