departed the hotel immediately and demanded a full refund. The hotel, without positively knowing if it was indeed bed bugs did not offer any compensation. The room Mr. [redacted] was inspected by a professional pest control company that determined the room was negative for bed bugs. To appease Mr. [redacted] for the inconvenience of leaving in the middle of the night and the experience, Mr. [redacted] was refunded for his entire stay by the General Manager, [redacted]l.
