This is by far the worse possible choice for securityThe system never worked correctlyThe person who came out to install did not have the correct tools and my husband had to lend him his own toolsThis was for our retirement home so after initial install when we tried arming the system it kept telling us the garage door was open so we couldn't arm itWe called and asked if they could come out while we were still there and they said noSo they came out some time later and left a window open in the kitchen and lights on all through the houseWe never could get the system to workThen they called us and told us we owed more then the original amount quoted for the serviceTalked to an attorney who told us to get something in writing stating what the services wereWe asked that a bill be mailed to us and were told they could not mail us a billEnded up installing fake cameras all over the house so it looked like we had some sort of securitySo recently we get a letter from a collection agency saying we owed Defender for the entire contract amountWe did offer a settlement amount even though we never did have a system that workedAsked for a detailed bill from Defenders and was told the bill had been emailed to usWe never received anything from the collection agency either.They also refused to give us an address for Defenders so we could report them to the Revdex.comDo not use these people because they are awful!!
