Hello, We have reached out to the consumer regarding their complaint and left a message for call backWe will most certainly address her issue and find a solutionUnfortunately, they are under the assumption that we (The Delegates Group) are calling them again about another debtWe are not!! The consumer was contacted from The Delegates Group back in April ONLY and the matter was settled in full at that timeWe sent consumer verification of the transaction and confirmed it was paid in fullWe have NOT contacted the consumer since April Furthermore, they do not have any other outstanding debts placed with our company.In June, we began receiving calls from the consumer stating that she was receiving calls from another company discussing a balance dueWe explained that the account she mentioned was not the same as the one she paid in April with our companyWe offered to resend her proof of payment but she stated she already has itShe spoke with management about her concerns and never mentioned nor requested a refund at any time!
