Review: On November 23rd I placed an order with the owner of The Denim Lifestyle [redacted] and within 5min the money was debited from my account. I was told that I would receive an email with the confirmation, receipt and order number so that I can track the order because it was being sent out that day and I would receive it by Tuesday the 26th. I never received the email but I had the statement from my account saying that it was deducted. On Nov 26th I contacted **. [redacted] via [redacted] inbox and telephone (###-###-####) different number from the business. Actually there are a total of 4 or 5 numbers that were given, because I never received the package. He stated to me the package was still in route as I sat home all day waiting for this package that never arrived. On the 27th he was contacted again via text message and [redacted] inbox. Its now Friday Nov 29th and still no shipment. He then inbox me on [redacted] stating that his mom is in the hospital and he will have his store manager contact me @6pm, manager never calls. Again on Sat 30th of Nov. I tried reaching out again via text message and [redacted] inbox but yet again no response just like on the 27th. Thru numerous tries on [redacted] and text message, its now Dec 1st and I try reaching him again. He has now deleted me as a friend on [redacted] and will not answer any of the 6 different numbers I have for him. After all the messages that I have left **. [redacted] and the phone calls I tried to make to him on December 1st at around 10:50am he sends me and inbox message that reads (Yes I have read every message that you wrote and on that note, I will be issuing you a full refund) I have no way of getting in touch with **. [redacted] and its now Tuesday Dec 3rd and I need my money. I believe this business is a fraud because his actions is not the way you conduct business. Thank You A concern consumer who wants her Money BackDesired Settlement: I would like this business looked into because he has high end merchandise on this website and can be doing this to others. I believe he is scamming people out of there money and don't want what happen to me to happen to someone else. I was very patient with **. [redacted] and would have love to do more business with him, but the way he conduct business seems to me like this company is just a fraud.

Review: I ordered three clothing item from Denim Life Style on Wednesday morning. The item total $195. I receive a confirmation number stated that payment was received and shipping information would be sent to my email. I never received any shipping information from Denim Life Style. I send many email and also called the contact person [redacted] and [redacted] verbally told me that I will be receiving my items on Monday 04/28/14. Monday came and gone with no item being delivered. I stressed to [redacted] the need for a tracking number. I left a number of message for [redacted] and he has not returned any of my emails. I spoke to [redacted] on Monday and alerted him of the item not being delivered and [redacted] got very upset that I kept contacting him with this complaint. I ask [redacted] for the tracking number again and he still refuse to provide it to me. [redacted] then stated the item will be here on Tuesday 04/29/14 and again no item was delivered to my home once again. I email Denim life Style today again and also called [redacted] and he refuse to pick up my calls or returned my emails. My husband also has reach out to [redacted] Tuesday morning which he assure him that my item would be deliver today. [redacted] has stop returning my emails and calls and refused to provide me with a tracking number for my items. [redacted] is a business man and should conduct himself as so.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to provide with a tracking number or returned my payment back into my account. This is very unprofessional behavior. You can't use your business to try to make advances toward women and when the outcome is not what you want. You hold money and their item from them. This is a poor business operation. I am a hard working mother of 4 and a wife. [redacted] is taking away money that could have been used for something else for my family. This is unfair. I need my money put back into my account or item to be delivered to me and a tracking number to be provided to me. Thank you

Review: I placed an order for a pair of boots(** boots) on February 13, 2014. I placed the order on my credit card, and received a confirmation of payment. I was then instructed that I would be receiving an email shortly with delivery details. The order was to be shipped via [redacted], or usps within 3-5 days. I waited a week and never received the delivery details. I emailed the CEO **. [redacted] on February 25th. He responded and asked me for my name, address, phone number,so that he could check on my order. He called me personally on February 25th very upset that his employees had not shipped my order and apologized. He assured me that he would personally see that my order would be sent via express shipping within a day or so. I waited for 4 days and still I didn't receive my item. I emailed **. [redacted] again on February 28th to see if the order was shipped, and asked for a tracking number. I never received any response from **. [redacted]. I emailed him again on March 1st asking for a refund on the order I placed with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $29.00 the amount I paid for the boots.
