As stated in our ad we had not gone through this vehicle and it would probably need some work or a tune up, therefore we were selling very cheap, once we took the time to go through the vehicle it would no longer be this priceWe sold it to our customer much cheaper then advertisedHe purchased this vehicle for $well below fair market valueI understand the customer is saying he reached out several times, I apologize for the poor communicationThe last we heard from our customer was the battery was deadWe did not find the recent email he sent us until we searched our junk file after receiving this Revdex.com complaint All of our vehicles as well as any other car lots vehicles are sold as is unless a warranty is purchasedThis vehicle was running when the customer bought it, he test drove it and was satisfiedWith all of our car sales we give the option of the customer having a mechanic of there choice look over the vehicle before purchaseI apologize we do not "return" vehicles

We did sell a car needing repairs and a tune up... Has the tubeen performed and if so by whom? This car was advertised needing work and sold needing work for far below fair market valueIf this has not been done the car will not perform as it should as we explained before
