I have always been treated well by this business, always get what I order , made an order Monday afternoon , delivered to me Tuesday afternoon , cannot beat that ! good business !!

I placed and order for gloves online - gloves that were listed as being ins tock and available.

Nowhere on the website is it listed as the company has the right to just randomly substitute gloves from another company, perhaps one that is NOT as careful in their manufacturing as those that I carefully picked from their available stock.

Instead of contacting me, the client, and advising that due to issues with production I was going to be getting a substitution, or allowing me to cancel my order, I was sent gloves in packaging that is not even in a language that I am able to read to ensure that these are latex free, safe gloves for use for my clients.

I called the company directly, immediately, and was given the option of returning the gloves AND THEN HAVING NONE and got ZERO consideration that this issue is due to a disconnect in their communication to clients, whose money they are taking up front as they are insisting on online orders.

I proposed a compromise of some sort of partial refund, since I cannot work without gloves, and was treated exceptionally rudely for even daring to suggest such a thing - and I got the impression that I was being treated this way as I was a woman who was making this suggestion.

While I realize that PPE of all kinds is at VERY short supply during this PANDEMIC, not advising clients in any way of possible substitutions and then treating them like is for being upset at receiving something they DID NOT ORDER is appallingly bad customer service practices.

This Company shows products on their website that they do not supply , instead the substitute inferior products and charge for the real product.

way inflated pricing, especially during these times, masks came in a zip lock baggie, obviously not sanitized. ***. Lesson learned but I need supplies for my employees.

I finally got my order. I understand the delay but the bottle of sanitizer which was $49.95 was not sealed, had flecks of black particles in it, and smells off. I believe it was tampered with!

I had ordered on April 2, 2020 from their website.
I ordered 3m n95 mask and received completely something different. I paid $249 plus tax for 20 mask. I emailed them several times to let them know that what they sent me wasn't what I ordered. Unfortunately they don't respond. I also ordered hand sanitizer for $39.99 , received something completely different from what I ordered. I actually saw the same hand sanitizer that they sent me which was gems be gone at a different store for $ 7.00

. Charging crazy money for good quality masks only to send you the cheapest and worst quality that is out there.

I bought 20 n95 masks for 10.00 a mask which I thought I could live with. Upon arrival the masks were very light duty. They were Chinese and said kn95. Showed them to my niece who is a nurse and she said these would not come close to a real n95 medical mask. Very deceptive in there advertising Plus very expensive. ***. Also bought box of rubber gloves For 10.00 which seems reasonable. Disenfective wipes seem good but at 40.00 for 160 wipes seems Quite steep.

Running ads for $115 hand sanitizer, while selling it for $40/8oz bottle. Disgusting.

I bought 50 face mask that suppose to be N95 so I can used if I needed to, they sent me something that look like a face mask, I guess if I use toilet paper will be better, no hygiene at all, mask comes in a little package without any protection, dirty is inside. I called them to let them know and they come out with the excuse that the Government of Canada is the one that approve this for private citizen never heard about that ***. ***, they are taking advantage of the people selling something that cannot be used even for painting protection.

I ordered *** surgical masks from the site and they sent dust masks *** witch are worth a lot less and are for dust not surgery.
