My family's experience with Dr. Paul B[redacted] and The Dental Spa has been a nightmare. B[redacted]'s assistant was rude and, after paying nearly 15k, the final denture was damaged and is literally falling apart (less than 2 years later). B[redacted] refuses to give even a partial refund and is even refusing to give us the medical records, so another dentist can fix his mess (even though we owe a zero balance). In addition to his shoddy work, Dr. Paul B[redacted]'s behavior has been unprofessional and, arguably, unethical.
