Removing and replacing that area would not be a good idea, especially since there is no structural damage to the driveway. I promise I personally will be able to make that area appear completely smooth and the only thing you will see is a color differentiation until that area weathers

***, We are sincerely sorry that you are not happy with your new driveway. We strive diligently to make every customer satisfied, as you are well aware since you are a repeat customer. I apologize for the misunderstanding we had regarding the repair to your driveway, at the
conclusion of our meeting on September 9th, it was brought to my attention by you and your wife that there was a mis-communication between my employees and myself in which I had thought a crew already came by to heat and compact the small rough area that you are unhappy with, though you and your wife both stated that you did not want us to attempt any further repair, because you did not want to see any color differentiation, and you asked for a refund. Had I known you changed your mind about wanting the repair, it would have been greatly appreciated if you would have contacted us while we were still in season to be able to address your issue this year. As I explained at that time, it is not in our practice to refund money when we have done the work that was contracted, nor would we remove a perfectly good driveway. Your driveway concern is merely cosmetic and there is definitely not a question that the driveway holds the utmost structural integrity. One of the reasons we are able to offer a year guaranty. I will put you on my list to come out first thing next season when the temperatures are warm enough to heat the area and roll it again. I am rejecting this response because:
on the September 9th meeting we were told any repair of driveway could show and look worse.Kriss said if repaired it would show and look like a patch job.I stated to redo or refund she said not going to happen.she states my problem is cosmetic.I expect a new driveway to have a nice appearance and not look flawed.could of just patched old driveways if that’s the look I would of wanted.My calls and texts went unanswered all of August until I told the office on last call in August I would be filing a complaint.If she wants to remove and replace bad section of driveway and can do it so it won,t look like a patch job that would be fineIf that is not possible please redo driveway.Bottom line is we would like our driveway to have a nice appearance and not look flawed.We paid for new driveway.Not one with flawed look.Thank you *** ***.Look forward to seeing you in June to resolve the issue
