I paid $2,for antique doors to be installed in my new home [redacted] did not fulfill his obligation or return my money I paid [redacted] , owner, $in Sept/Oct of for antique doors that he was supposed to restore, frame and install hardware He was then to deliver the doors to be installed in my new home [redacted] would always say he would have the doors ready and then he started to not answer my calls He was always making excuses and won't return my money I know that he has done this to other people and I want him stopped I also want my money back because I have had to purchase doors from alternate sources

I placed an order for a door on Decand have not received the door yet Door delivery and install promised Jan 10- Now get no response Ordered door on Dec Owner of the business [redacted] was present with his employee [redacted] at the time Agreed on price of door with installation of $ Paid deposit of $ [redacted] All was noted on invoice#XXXXXX Delivery and Installation were promised between Jan 10- After no communication with company my wife contacted them the last week of January and was told they were sorry but just running behind and the door would be ready in a couple of weeks Again no contact for a few weeks and we reached back out the company This time we were told that there had been and injury to one of the employees but they would have it soon We again reached out to the company at the end of February regarding the door and were told they were working on it then Finally I went to the store on March to see progress No pr

HAD A CONTRACT OF CUSTOM OAK DOORS TO BE DELIVERED IN WEEKS MONTHS LATER...NO DOORSWENT TO SHOP AND PICKED UP THROWN TOGETHER DOORS
GAVE $DEPOSIT..WHICK I LOST ON DOORS I COULDNT EVEN USE! THEY WERE SHODDY CONSTRUCTION, ALREADY COMING APART WHEN I PICKED THEM UP HE HAS NO QUALIFIED CRAFTSMAN TO BE TAKING ON A CUSTOM JOB

I placed pieces in his store on consignment and about 10months I went to pick them up.one was there, one was notIt was a bench for $No pay
I retrieved one of the items I put in there and the bench was not in the storeThey said they haven't sold it but they didn't have the money for itThe date of drop off was 8-19-I went back around 10-21-I have a hand written receipt for the priceIt's not signed by them but just want people to knowThey do not honor what they say

Traveled over hours to look at Architectural Depot's custom-made furnitureChose to have a pew and shelf built for our homeDeposit of half the cost was required, but we paid $instead of the required $ The items were "ready" for pick up a week lateDrove two hours back on November Items were neither ready (wet with paint and varnish) nor built to our specificationsThe owner, *** ***, was not in the store, but we called himHe admitted that his employees have not been building items as requested and this was a recurring problemHe assured us he would refund the $depositThe money has still not been refunded

I ordered a church pew from ***, an employee of *** ***, owner of The Depot Architectural Antiques Promised finished product in - days of order placed May 27, As of July 7, I haven't received anything from *** and the company except for lies and untrue statements tegarding delivery and now my refundI paid in-full $my invoice # is XXXXXX and info is included on the invoice I paid by check which I have a copy of where it was cashed through a check cashing company Several delivery dates were promised and never carried outOffered to pickup and there was always excuses why I couldn't do that eitherI actually looked the home address up and went to the home to try to collect my refund Was told *** was out of town and the workers at that site stated they had no money because *** *** had not paid them in

Buyer bewareIf you purchase anything from Joel W*** dba The Depot Architectural Antiques do not leave the store without everything you paid for Anything left behind could be lost, misplaced, or in the warehouse (never to be seen again) when you returnPromises of delivery may just be promises I have been trying to get items I paid for that were supposed to be delivered for two years
