Letting their business phone ring 50 times without courtesy of any type of voice message for delay should have been a hint that they could care less about their patients. After husband had a large cyst removed from his head he was only given a doctors note for missing work on that day. It was early afternoon and he would resume work where he wore a hardhat at midnight. He was refused a note for next day. He had another small cyst that [redacted] said needed to be removed in 3 weeks and would then remove stitches from large cyst. Husband did not want another surgery and called to cancel appt but still needed stitches removed. He was told to keep his original appt because nothing else was available. He arrived to have stitches removed was told it was a surgical appt.. His assistant was adamant that she had confirmed appt. My husband agreed. She called three times to confirm an appt but it was never specified that she was confirming a surgical appt. he assumed it was to have stitches removed. The mood in the room changed drastically. [redacted] asked his assistant if she confirmed the appt and she looked scared to death. He then turned to my husband and said you wll be billed for surgery at which time his asst without any warning came up behind my husband and flippedly began to cut and pull stitches. I saw my husband jerk and I commented for him to hold still because she was taking out the stitches and she should have at least told him since he was engaging in a conversation. [redacted] SHOOK OUR HANDS as we sat in disbelief and then they both walked out of the room. My husband stood up and said I guess we're done. As he approached the check out desk [redacted] was standing there and said. Have a nice day. ??

I am on accutane, which is a six month program that requires me to go in once a month to get a prescription. when I go in, I have to get a pregnancy test and blood drawn to be able to stay on the medication. the first issue I had was my doctor (nurse practitioner) wrote me the wrong dosage, so I had to wait a whole week to be able to get the dosage I needed. the next problem, was that one of the receptionists scheduled my appointment on a day that my doctor wasn't available, and then completely rescheduled it without telling me. and now today I found out that my doctor didn't put in my pregnancy test information to the ipledge program, so I cannot complete the comprehension test that allows me to pick up my prescription. I called the center and they told me that they would put it in for me, and to wait five minutes. I wait five minutes and nothing has changed. so I call them back only to be greeted with a voice telling me that they are closed, even though they don't close until five and I called them at 4:50, and there is no way to leave a message.
