Yes, we will absolutely help *** heal her skin back to normal I had already promised *** this prior to the complaint being noticed by us recently Unfortunately complications can happen with any laser treatment as specified in the patient's consent form, even when the
procedure is performed perfectly We are very sorry ***'s skin had this reaction and will do whatever we can to make sure she recovers from this incident, physically and emotionally We are here to help her 100%!
