piece that is left over from a previous job. I have texts proving that I was trying to work with them, and the answer was always "no". They threatened me with a lawyer three times about the granite, they know they are in the wrong because they have the same documents that I have. As for owning them $2,200.00, I do a progressive billing for work that is completed through the weekly billing cycle. I have worked this way for 30 years. It gives me the incentive to finish the job. I have one more invoice on another computer that I need to send to you also. Another worker that was there before and after we were, has told me that this is how Mr. [redacted] is. Mr. [redacted] demolished his own tub and then asked me to remove it from his property for him, which I did. I traveled over 50 miles round trip, to Mr. [redacted] place of business to pick up moulding for him. As for the people working at his house through my company not being licensed. The only place to use a licensed contractor would have been on the shower faucet. Mr. [redacted] lives n the country, so permitting was not necessary. I told Mr. [redacted] that I would be the one changing out the faucet, which I have been doing for 34 years, with never a problem. Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of this and even texted me, expressing how professional the faucet installation was. I have prove of the text. Mr. [redacted] also cussed one of my workers, he would also leave his front gate locked, knowing that my worker was on his way, which he left with my permission. Later that day getting a phone call from Mr. [redacted], angry because nothing was done.Please let me know what else you need from me to help you make an informed decision. Have a Blessed day![redacted]
