*** *** Again their employee accepted the vehicle and took possession at 603pm with no damage minutes later they claim damage and stated I was expected to go to the counter? How is this possible when they're was no damage and their employee accepted the vehicle and gave me a receipt, thus closing the deal to me They cannot provide any evidence that the damage was caused by me nor can they prove the damage was not caused when the car was in their possession I have advised the ** *** *** Agency and attempted emails to corporate level managers Unless I can get timestamped photos showing the damage prior to 603pm I refuse to pay this claim The company should make good and realize that the damage was not done by me and drop their claim
The additional authorization of $was reversed, but we will not drop the claimWe are pursuing the customer based on our internal investigation of the matter
We have spoken to this customer. They are responsible for the damage on the vehicle. We followed proper protocol when the vehicle was returned. The ticket was not closed because the expectation was for the customer to go to the counter to close out due to the damage
