Nor does she want to address the issues of owing other treatment centers thousands of dollars that she has not paid due to her believe that they don't know how to do their job? After her son had heard her attack at me on the phone he said John I have to move out she's doing it again I won't subject your house to her and her violent nature's she beat me she rip my hair out of my head ? and I'm afraid what she might do to this house? In response to her informant D [redacted] about my inability to run a sober living home is quite the contrary, when Dano Reardon lived at ? Harmony House I saved her life from overdosing on soma pills three separate times in which her parents praised me for saving their daughters life at ? Los Robles emergency room hospital? Shortly there after they signed a six-month contract because they loved me so much but Dana tried to commit suicide again right before her interview with and chose to voluntarily leave Harmony House with no notice the courts found in my favor that the ? contract was perfectly legal? As a matter of fact Dana never even showed up to the legal proceedings? As I said before this woman J [redacted] openly admitted and willfully told me that she was a chronic alcoholic and could not stop and drink every day and was not capable of taking care of her son? As to the issue of not giving her son a copy of the contract is not true he will fully took another person's contract out of their drawer in their bedroom without permission? If J [redacted] continues any further with this ridiculous complaint I am going to be forced to put a restraining order on her ? and if I lose any clients directly related to her statements I will sue her in the Superior Court in the County of Ventura? Harmony House sober living is a beautiful place for men and women to come and get help in order to get their lives on trackI can provide ample reports the current status of the clients that are in Harmony House today that ? are all clean of drugs and alcohol and 100% sober and working in the community every day? This is the first time that I have ever had such an angry parent that a son or daughter cannot stand the thought of being around due to such violence just ask him

In response to ID number 11795,In Order to begin my response I feel that it is necessary to give you Some background on J [redacted] After many phone calls and dropping her son off at Harmony House signing the contract and paying $with her own credit card with the full understanding of no proration of returning funds if her son broke any house rules violations or left voluntarilyUpon walking her to her car she self proclaimed that she was and is currently an alcoholic and that her Son Will tell me that she beats himThis is a true fact awls you have to do is ask her son if she pulled his hair out of his head kicked and beat him physically assaulted him and bit himHe will also tell you the reason why he Voluntarily left was because his mother is psychotic and everywhere that he goes she destroys itNow I'd like to address the issues first sober living homes don't allow cell phones all the time to the clients it can be detrimental to their drug useI also have emails from her stating that she did not Want to talk to her son So What Was the difference if he had a phone or notI did not refuse her son to see a VCBH caseworker spoke with the caseworker on the phone and she said that the mother Jennifer said that he had no way to see the case worker So the case worker Said She Would come to the house but when I told the caseworker provide mountain bikes for all my clients she told me to have him ride the bike down to meet her and he agreed to do thatAs for her credit card receipt she said she didn't Want one for her and she didn't care about a receipt for her boyfriend's credit card for the other I did provide a copy of the contract to her son which he evidently lost like When he lost his cartons of cigarettes the first minutes that his mother brought them over and I took pictures of them in his closet in Plainview which she accused me of stealing them and don't even SmokeI did not force her son to leave Harmony House he stated after he heard his mother on the phone with me that she's doing it again and must leave I'm a threat to this house and my mother is a threat to this house and I can't take it anymore so We made him breakfast and We put them in a car and We took him home Where she was Waiting for him at her houseI never lied to this WomanHer son Was in better care at my home then he was in hers cannot help this lady's delusions she must be placed into a mental institution or she cannot harm anyone anymoreI can provide the Voluntary removal signed by her son at any timeIf J [redacted] does not cease and desist I am going to get a temporary restraining order against herAs you see S [redacted] has never complained about a thing it's all his mother and he Was the One under contract with me.J [redacted] ***

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:J [redacted] with the Harmony House willingly took in a mentally ill patient with addiction issues, happy to take my $for a month of his 24/careOur loving staff provides personal care 24/is listed on his websiteStaff consisted of his daughter, months sober from hard drugs, and himself, not living thereHe has since deleted other descriptions of his services from his website (since my complaint) that offer 24/RN (never existed) etcHe never gave me receipts for my credit card payments (asked for via text numerous times) nor did he provide my son a contract (states that he did, but he gave him one from another client instead- W [redacted] ***Not my son's nameHe wrote and then forced my son to sign a "voluntary" removal to try to cover himself for taking in a client he had never met ahead of time that he wasn't prepared to helpHe is now lowering himself to calling me names via your service (I just got the email today and didn't respond in time before you closed the case)I am not finished pursuing this LEGALLY in order to have the funds returned for a service not completed- for fraud on his part- for breaking confidentiality- for not supplying a contract or receipts for paymentThe rest that I can't move forward with in the legal system is about this "man" as a person and the field he has chosen which is very scary for those who are so broken when they enter and he is full of anger and violence that will just break them moreAnother client that he sued said the following to me in writing: "Yes please doHe's awfulHe doesn't know how to treat people early in recovery" when I told her I was contacting the Sober Living coalition of which he is part of- and "Of course! Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:The case worker statement that I will submit proves that MrF [redacted] lied in his statement- which places into question the voluntary leaving form (S [redacted] states that he was told to sign the pre-written form- statement to be provided) and lack of original contract is suspicious? S [redacted] did not take someone else's contract? His bags were packed for him and the Harmony House gave him someone else's after my multiple request for a copy? S [redacted] can and will make his own statement to Revdex.com and MrF [redacted] making unfounded claims against the mother of a patient/client with well documented difficulty displays the inappropriate knowledge, background and capabilities of himself running that house? I also have a notorized letter coming from S***'s stepfather, year retired sheriff who was with S [redacted] from ages 2-and will rebuke Mr.F*'s character assassination of me? Also a notorized letter from my partner who has been in S [redacted] and my life for the past 8-1/years who will do the same? I had initial contact with MrF [redacted] the night before he arranged to pick S [redacted] up to enter the home? I had subsequent contact days later when I dropped off S***'s belongings- and one more time when I dropped S [redacted] off after a counseling appointment when MrF [redacted] was very hostile after spending the day in the ER from being physically assaulted by another client in the home? It was after that (and within short days of the contract) that MrF [redacted] forcibly removed my son from the facility- and not answering any of my calls, emails or texts requesting receipts or reimbursement of funds? This was the last contact I had with MrF [redacted] when I sent this email:MrF*I am sending one written request for refund of moneyBased on the fact that you accepted a dual diagnosed client without meeting in person then refusing his case manager access to meet him at his place of residence/ advertisement of 24/RN/ manager with only months sobriety/ privacy violations and then a forced voluntary removal after daysNo receipts or contract provided and more you are not entitled to keep a months feeIf I don't get a written reply to this email in regards to the refund of funds by Monday October 31st I will begin legal proceedingsI've been in contact with at least one of your previous tenants who will testify on my behalfThis can be settled now outside of court or in courtIn court will also include punitive damages.J [redacted] er He never responded? MrF [redacted] took the money without meeting him.? Applicant and resident records are confidential documents, and must be treated as suchAll such records must be maintained in a secure and locked location either on or off premises.Then how did S [redacted] end up with another client's paperwork?? Prompt and effective dispute resolution is an important characteristic of a good homeFormal grievance procedures should be postedUnresolved disputes and disagreements are detrimental to the recovery character of a home, and damage relations with the communityIn the event a resident is asked to leave the home, all reasonable efforts must be made to find alternative lodging, exception for immediate danger to health, safety and welfare of residents or the communityThe home must make arrangements with relocated residents for removal of personal possessions on mutually agreeable termsThe home operator must make every reasonable effort to resolve resident disputes amicably and fairly.NONE OF THIS WAS DONE.?
